I started working with Joe in February 2015 when he was the trainer at a local gym. In the 8 months I have worked with him I have gained strength, flexibility and lost 35 lbs! I went from a size 16 to a size 10 & feel 20 years younger! Joe encourages you to push yourself to achieve better results but is careful to monitor your form so you don't injure yourself. I couldn't be happier working with Joe! He makes the workout fun and varied. No 2 sessions are the same. Most exercises you can do at home without costly equipment to maintain the workout pace. Akeem is great as both a trainer and instructor. I have taken personal training sessions and boot camps and both have provided fitness results. Akeem keeps you on track and provides motivation without being abrupt or critical. He tailors workouts to your needs, plays great upbeat music and will explain what each exercise is meant to do. Plus, he always has a great attitude!
Debi makes working out "fun" not a chore. She lets you know indecreetly if you are doing a movement wrong so you can improve your positioning. Every class is different so you do not get bored.As a person, Debi is very caring and helpful-she will email or call when you don't come to a regular class you are usually in because she is worried about you as a person.Amy questions you have, she answers them by email immediately and than will discuss things with you before or after class if you do not understand.She has been there for people for their personal problems as well as exercise issues as you has feelings for what people are going through and always wants to help. Even when life makes you take a break fromn the classes, she keeps in contact to keep you on the road to good health while you are out and you do NOT feel uncomfortable when you do come back.

I have had several workouts with Kurt. It consisted of a total body workout including core, strength, cardio, and balance. It lasted about an hour. What I liked about it was that he varied the exercises but the focus was the same so you work the entire body but because it was different every time it didn't get boring.
