- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether Reiki or Yoga, I have a conversation to determine their understanding of what practicing would look like, any physical/emotional concerns to better support their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher and am also certified in Jikiden Reiki, Shoden
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years. Following multiple sports injuries over a short period, she continued a home yoga and meditation practice. Through this experience, I realized how difficult it was to find a yoga class that could accommodate students requiring modifications. This inspired me to seek Yoga teacher and Reiki certification to offer classes for others who may have physical limitations and need a teacher who can suggest modifications, classes for the intermediate yogis who wish to practice poses that are more challenging and Reiki to promote relaxation and healing.
