Introduction: I do home inspections as well as presale inspections. I would like to introduce myself and let you know how I can help you! My name is John Mazeika, and I am a New York state licensed and insured home inspector. I am the sole owner of Integrated Home Inspection Services inc, and I am here to assist all types of home buyers, lenders, attorneys, and real estate agencies during the purchasing process. My job as a New York state home inspector is to assist my clients during the home buying process. I have gone through extensive training on how to identify the critical components of a home, and I am confident that I can educate my clients on the pros and cons when purchasing a home. As a home inspector, I will inspect all visually observable aspects of the property and will be able to identify any major deficiencies of the home. I can assure you that upon my completion of the home inspection, every customer will receive a general overview of major components and mechanical equipment in a detailed written report created by myself. Each report is individualized and will closely reflect the property in which was inspected. The information stated in each written report will contain information that identifies major repairs, operating problems, and safety concerns. It will include, but not subject to, information on structural components, sites and drainage, garages, exteriors, windows and doors, roofing, fuel supply systems, interior plumbing systems, heating/ventilation/air-conditioning systems, primary electrical systems, insulation and ventilation, interior surfaces, fireplaces, and fuel-burning appliances.
