- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that education should be accessible to all. For those that think my pricing is too high, there are other pricing options. For those that think my pricing is too low (and therefore lower quality) please understand that my pricing is set to accommodate the First-Generation and low-income students. If you think I should charge more, tips are always accepted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Free 30 minute introductory phone meeting 2) Pricing and Scheduling options 3) Sign contract 4) Start 2 week paid trial period as soon as necessary for the job to see how well the client and I work together 5) Continue until the work is completed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years experience as a tutor and I made over 10,000 admissions decisions for 4 dofferent colleges and universities over the last 10 years. I have completed workshop trainings and attended conferences for NACAC, CIVSA, PACAC, PCACAC, NYSACAC, NAFSA, and The College Board.
