    Phil designed my website exactly how I imagined to look. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. He was able to understand & design what I wanted before I could even put it into my own words!     Everyone dreads the thought of having their computer crash and not being able to “bring it back to life”. I have experienced several incidents, employed what I thought were “experts” only to have the “expert” delete important files without backing them up or worse yet, corrupt other files. It is important to note, these “experts” were highly recommended by business associates.     I have brought Phil in several times for various computer issues and every time it is a wonderful experience. He is a real pro who knows his stuff and he wastes no time getting to the point. He is able to quickly asses the problem, and most of the time he can solve it right there, or at the very least provide a detailed quote of what it would take to solve it. Beyond troubleshooting, he is also a tremendous resource as a consultant. His vast knowledge and experience makes it easy for him to advise on upgrades to equipment, networking, IT workflow etc... His company, Microfocus Computer Services, can handle every part of these types of project from the initial consult to the complete installation and integration of new equipment. As an added bonus, Phil and his staff are all just great to be around. They do what they have to do in the fastest time possible, and the maintain an atmosphere of comfort and professionalism all the while. In addition to fixing issues, Phil goes out of his way to keep his clients educated about how to best use the systems going forward. This "extra mile" really sets him apart from the competition, because he has no problem providing insights and wisdom about best practices for computer use in addition to solving the problem. I have and will continue to recommend Microfocus and Phil to anyone in need of I.T. or computer troubleshooting services of any kind.     Phil is our IT person we were lucky enough to find in the phone book a few years back. He always replys to our phone calls and emails and shows up as quickly as possilbe - same day when there is an emergency. I highly recommend him!
