Frank transformed my workouts and took my fitness to the next level! I have always worked out but was stuck doing the same exercises and routine for years. Every session spent with Frank I pushed myself harder, learned more intensive exercises, and worked muscles that I didn't know I had. Whether it be strength exercises, balancing and stretching techniques, or cardiovascular heart training...Frank has a 360 appropriate to training that is unmatchable. I highly recommend Frank as a personal trainer!

Frank helped me the most with my form and an actual routine that fits my body and potential. I had injured my right shoulder from working out in a bad position in my home. Not only did he correct the position but also gave me an at-home rehabilitation plan that removed ALL of the pain I had in my shoulder. I'm stronger and have a workout that fits me. Frank is excellent as a trainer. I have had a shoulder problem, and he focuses my exercises on what will strengthen the shoulder and not hurt it.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Price varies and is determined by travel time and length of time anywhere between $65 & $85. I offer a discount package when member purchases a 5 pack or a 10 pack. Your first session is considered Special I charge $95 for a 1 hour stretch session on bench , foam roll and floor stretch

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Let's start out with a safe and effective total body assessment, testing your balance, weight, strength endurance and flexibility. From there we have a starting point you will be re assessed in about 4 weeks to measure your improvement .

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
