I would have selected all 5 categories if possible! Working out with Frank has immeasurably improved my quality of life. About 2 years ago he sold me on personal training hours I thought I had no business affording while jumping my battery at the gym! But I was in my 60s, on 3 blood pressure medications, and feeling like I hit a plateau with fitness. When the lockdown occurred, Frank agreed to work with me at home, so not only have I avoided the "quarantine 15", I 've been able to eliminate 2 of my medications, and am ready to try dropping the third. Frank does it all: strength training, cardio, balance, stretching. What's more, I can't imagine a more fun person to work out with who will leave you in stitches!

I am 25 years old. I was skeptical about taking a personal trainer but as soon as I started working with Frank I started seeing great results. I had ankle and knee problems. Frank choose proper workouts and stretches to help me recover and build back strength in those areas.

Frank, from PT on the Go, was an excellent trainer. I was new to using a trainer ,and he opened up a new world of fitness for me. He showed me a variety of stretching, weight lifting, and cardio exercises ,helping me become more flexible and stronger, while tailoring it to my needs. I would recommend Frank and PT on the Go for your fitness and exercise needs.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Price varies and is determined by travel time and length of time anywhere between $65 & $85. I offer a discount package when member purchases a 5 pack or a 10 pack. Your first session is considered Special I charge $95 for a 1 hour stretch session on bench , foam roll and floor stretch

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Let's start out with a safe and effective total body assessment, testing your balance, weight, strength endurance and flexibility. From there we have a starting point you will be re assessed in about 4 weeks to measure your improvement .

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
