Introduction: I have 15 years of experience with all different types of software and hardware. Aside from owning my own computer, I repair for over 10 years. I was a system and network administrator for an internet company for over 5 years. There is nothing I cannot do to take care of my customers. I am here night and day. I will work at 5:00AM to help a college student recover her college paper before her 8:00AM class or help a gentleman at 6:00 get his VPN working so he can upload his office documents to work by 8:00AM before the boss goes to his meeting at 9:00AM. I have done a lot, and I am willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and to make my customer happy!
