I visited for the first time for grooming with my 16 year old cat Casey. I'm thrilled that I finally found someone who could work with him, he can get agressive. Not only did Casey allow Debbie to shave him (he was very matted), he kept his Halloween bow on all day! Thank you to Debbie and her assistant for being so good with Casey! We will be back!

I was extremely pleased with Ms Debbie Sparks and her assistants at the Amherst Boarding Kennel. She responded immediately to my request for cat grooming. She was extremely polite and courteous when we spoke on the phone and we made an appointment for the next day! I also asked about nail trimming for my dog and she responded with "sure, you can bring him in too and we can take care of that also". I took this cat in when a friend could no longer care for her. My friend told me she was taken to Fins, Feathers, and Fur for gromming her extremely long fur. I called them 6 or 7 times to try to make an appointment. They never returned a single voicemail. I am a lover of all animals. I have 5 cats and a dog. When I spoke with Debbie Sparks she was very helpful and informative. She told me about a grooming program they have that covers several grooming sessions and can be used for different animals. I have 2 other long hair cats and will definitely purchase this grooming package in the near future. I would highly recommend the Amherst Boarding Kennel for grooming and in particular Ms. Debbie Sparks and her assistants! They were all super awesome with me and my animals!! Thank you again Debbie!! GREAT JOB!!!

The staff were very friendly and reassuring. My 15 year old cat did very well, even though it was her first time. they trimmed her nails also and the cut was beautiful. Only took about an hour and Peej was so happy afterwords, she strutted all over the house showing off.

They were very kind with my fur baby, I will be keeping them as her permanent groomers. They did not increase their prices as so many groomers taking advance of parents needing their babies to be groomed because of not being able to do it for do many months. This alone shows where their heart is and it is with their clients! Picture did not come out very clear but this is my baby all hooked and not panting from the heat of her long coat.
