We recently are in the process of buying our own home and we hired Lt. Dan to do our home inspection he was so accommodating!! We had an issue where the sellers wanted the home inspection done ASAP like the next day or they were going to move on to the next buyer. I contacted Lt. Dan and he was able to come the next morning at 9:00 a.m. he was extremely thorough, friendly and professional! If we ever move again we will definitely be using him as our home inspector. And I will definitely be recommending him to anybody that needs a home inspection done!Sep 12, 2020
We hired Dan to inspect a home for us and he went above and beyond or expectations. He found a bunch of hidden issues in the home and was very knowledgeable about how to proceed and costs associated with the problems he encountered. We will definitely be using him again.May 4, 2020

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is fair/market value and my service is what sets me apart. Unlike most home inspectors I usually get you the inspection report to you that day/evening. A 25-40 page report on everything in that home with pictures and arrows to everythingI find.. I also include a report Summary that lists all the discrepancies i found in the home to make a easy to do list for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First and foremost I thank them for considering me and ask for name and the homes address. based on the information online i give them a quote right there over the phone. We then try to find a date and time that works for everyone and I then send a contract for you to sign via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Experience is key and even though I'm in my 30s I have rare experience for my age. I helped a family contractor since I was a young repair older homes in Buffalo all the way until I decided to serve my country and become ultimately a licensed electrician and home inspector. in the Navy I went to engineering core school in Chicago and eventually worked in the Reactor Propulsion Department on a Aircraft Carrier (CVN 70 USS Carl Vinson).
