FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair/market value and my service is what sets me apart. Unlike most home inspectors I usually get you the inspection report to you that day/evening. A 25-40 page report on everything in that home with pictures and arrows to everythingI find.. I also include a report Summary that lists all the discrepancies i found in the home to make a easy to do list for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost I thank them for considering me and ask for name and the homes address. based on the information online i give them a quote right there over the phone. We then try to find a date and time that works for everyone and I then send a contract for you to sign via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is key and even though I'm in my 30s I have rare experience for my age. I helped a family contractor since I was a young repair older homes in Buffalo all the way until I decided to serve my country and become ultimately a licensed electrician and home inspector. in the Navy I went to engineering core school in Chicago and eventually worked in the Reactor Propulsion Department on a Aircraft Carrier (CVN 70 USS Carl Vinson).
