The Garden Yoga Studio

Introduction: I teach a regular vinyasa flow to students privately or in a group. I teach beginner or intermediate. I am a CYT200 instructor. My small studio is very cozy and private. You will feel right at home with me, and my regular students add to the wonderful energy with each class. I will always help you to achieve your goal in yoga. I am patient and kind, and invite all levels into my classes. If you are worried about being with other students and wish to have a private session with me, that is something that can be worked out. I have set times for private sessions. My goal as your instructor is to make sure you are in a safe positioning, and you are getting the most out of your practice. I look forward to meeting you.
