- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here's how my process works... During our first consultation appointment, we'll discuss your goals, past medical conditions and current dietary habits. I will ask you to complete a 4 day food intake log. During our next initial appointment, usually scheduled the following week, you will receive a personalized meal plan, tips for exercise and suggestions to make lifestyle changes. We will also take measurements such as height, weight and percent body fat. Follow up appointments are generally schedule 2-4 weeks apart. It is my goal to keep in constant communication with patients even during weeks they are not scheduled for an appointment. All appointments can be done in office (534 Larkfield Road, East Northport) OR virtually.
