Introduction: I offer training methodologies beginning with broad concepts and habits, which develop into personalized and unique regimes in both exercise and dietary lifestyles. So specific, they are defined and inspired by your blood type and genotype. My training and competition experience coupled with the insights and education shared via some of the most elite athletes and trainers for over 31 years is at your disposal. Our martial arts program is based in two-centuries-old art, Shorinjiryu Kenyukai Watanabe Ha and Yagyu Shinkageryu Kato Ha. My personal study of 42 years and that of my teachers' personal tutelage is a rare and unique experience. We use all aspects of educating the mind, body and spirit.
