Every session aims to bring you one step closer to achieving your health and fitness goals. Resistance Training: I design bespoke resistance training programs that are appropriate for your physical capabilities and goals. As you gain strength, you will progress to more vigorous exercises and higher levels of resistance. Cardiovascular Training: My cardio cross training is a dynamic approach to cardio that involves performing a sequence of resistance exercises; speed, agility, and quickness drills; and plyometrics in a circuit. All workouts are tailored to your fitness level and accommodate any physical limitations. Are you ready to be challenged? Mobility Training: Poor posture and mobility is a major public health issue that results in many injuries, musculoskeletal pain, physical limitations, and osteoarthritis. Through movement screenings, we identify and remedy muscle imbalances and faulty movement patterns that may be contributing to the aforementioned problems. Nutritional Counseling: Ignore the fad diets circulating in the media and learn how to eat the right way! Our nutrition program dispels nutrition myths and educates you on how to establish healthy and sustainable eating habits that are tailored towards your fitness. I worked with Keith for quite awhile and throughout my experience he was a really nice guy, and knew exactly what he was doing all of the time. He gives really thorough explanations so you are always aware which muscle he is working on and how this excercise improves and strengthens that. Training with Keith is an incredible experience and it helps to keep me in shape and even become faster and stronger. I couldn't have asked for a better personal trainer all around, and a nice guy to work with. He can do everything such as strengthen muscles, improve your speed and keep you in shape! I highly recommend working with Keith if you are looking for an intelligent, committed personal trainer!

"My name is Eythan Maidhof. I’m a Cinematographer. This involves lifting heavy equipment during long work hours, usually 15-hour days. Exercise has been injury prevention since I've never had health insurance. I’ve trained with Keith on and off for eight-years. Now, I live in the lower East side of New York City and I still make a trip out to Suffolk County three-days a week to train with him. I really like his freestyle vibe of high interval intensity training. He’s very creative and resourceful. He's changed the way that I think about exercising since before I always thought it had to be done in a gym. While training with him over time I’ve learned the gym is nonessential for getting the results I want. To my surprise, I found that I got a better workout training with Keith outdoors than I did at the gym. His personal training sessions were very comprehensive and included anything from resistance training; speed, agility and quickness, cardio conditioning, balance training, and flexibility training. Those were all things I was lacking in my typical gym workouts. His personal training is very well designed and has progressed me far beyond my expectations each time I resumed training with him. Keith is easy to be around and doesn’t take himself too seriously for someone as experienced as he is. I have recommended Keith to anyone I know that would make the trip out to visit him from New York City and family members who live on Long Island. I met Keith about 6 months ago. He has really helped me get to the next level that I would never have been able to achieve by myself. He’s pushed me to lift more weight by being encouraging and supportive. He’s created a great workout routine for me that is challenging yet attainable. I would highly recommend Keith as a personal trainer.

Keith is a fantastic trainer who really knows what he is doing. Aside from being a trainer, he also gets to know the person he is training very well. Overall, I would definitely recommend Keith to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

ever since I started training with Keith I have seen results immediately. he has done a great job working with me and helping me improve on things that I asked him to help me get better with. he focuses in on certain things that you want to work on and comes up with special workouts designed to get you better at what you want. I always look forward to going to workout because I know Keith will push to my limit and that's what will make you better. I would recommend Keith to anyone who wants to increase their speed strength or overall fitness because he is a great motivator and gives you what you need for you to succeed.
