FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Party Rentals, (birthday parties, graduations, family gatherings, anniversaries, summer barbeques, family reunions, ice cream socials, garage sales, church and school carnivals, fund raisers, company picnics.) From 5-5000 attendees, we can help make your party fun and memorable! We deliver and setup, and can even provide supervision/staffing. We also offer event planning and event management.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Finding a company with experience and history is they key. Each year, there are start-up companies with a dozen or so units; they often lack the experience and background to know how to install and operate the units properly, and often lack the proper insurance coverage. Look for established, long-running businesses with a wide selection of products, (this will ensure they are committed to the business, and have experience with all types of venues, products, and situations.) Avoid any rental company that has a residential address as their business location! Look them up on Google Maps and make sure they are not running the business out of their garage. The nature of this business should be in a warehouse or commercial building (it may not be open to the public, but they should have enough room to inflate their units inside regularly for cleaning and maintenance of their equipment, regardless of weather. Also, ask about their insurance coverage. They should have at least a million dollar blanket policy for their units.
