American Family Karate

Introduction: Since 2001, American Family Karate has been providing instruction in the martial arts. In 2007, we opened a new school in the Elmira, NY area. We offer women's self-defense classes and regular self-defense seminars at business locations. Parents, make the difference! You can do something to combat all the negative influences your children encounter each day. Whether you participate with your child or just provide the encouragement he/she needs to succeed, you are making a difference. Learn about what is self-defense. We teach personal self-defense and situational self-defense. Learn what is martial arts. We integrate tae kwon do, karate, aikido, bushido, and now jiu jitsu.
