Introduction: We are a family owned business where you deal directly with the owner on every event. We typically do more than 100 events a year in the Greater Binghmaton and Finger Lakes area! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is on our website at stphotobooth.com There are no hidden fees and everything is spelled out in an easy to understand contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain/describe the booth experience to our customers over the phone or by email. Then we have them complete a contract to book their date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional wedding photographer and we have had our photo booths since 2010.
