I love fitness and having a healthy lifestyle. I am motivated by people who want to do the same but just don't know how to, that's where I step in to guide them.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Running such as distance running or sprints/hurdles. Plyometric and strength training for runners or for people who just want to live a healthier lifestyle. Also, those who need some guidance in becoming more aware of nutrition and their diets.
