Very accommodating! Flexible hours to arrive and he brings organic cleaner, which is a plus! Bathroom was completely sanitized, looked brand new, as well as the carpet that was throughoutly washed. Was able to fix minor handy work in the apartment. Only downside is that it is very pricey for students and one object was not able to be fixed!
