After vetting many movers for my Local Move, I chose Warner bros moving. I had to have movers come on Sunday morning to move a lot of things because I was moving items to an empty apartment that was going to be occupied on Sunday afternoon, and everything had to be arranged and in place. I was told by the owner, that he would come, wrap everything and pack my things, and even offered to bring an extra person along just to help me out. I chose Warner Bros over 6 other movers, and was all set for this past Sunday at 9am. I contacted Lex, the head of the company, the day before on Saturday to re-confirm for Sunday at 9am. After waiting for any kind of response for nearly 8 hours that day, and beginning to get frantic, he finally sends me a text at 9:47pm on Saturday night, confirming for Sunday at 9am. I saw this text from Lex where he confirmed and thought great, its all confirmed. BUT. Out of nowhere a few hours later at 12:30am, he sends me another text saying, "I guess you chose other services I appreciate considering us". Huh????? What??????? That’s absurd!! I never texted him a thing. I immediately texted him back, stating that we are still on for Sunday, to please honor your commitment, please confirm, please, please, please, all the way until 8:14am on Sunday morning pleading with him to answer me. I called his cell phone. No answer. Called again. Left a message. No call back. He never showed up, never texted me, never called, not one single response. I was in a world of S**T. Completely screwed over. This company left me high and dry with NOTHING!!! I had to pack up my car with less than half of the things I had to move. I spent hours packing, then driving, then unloading everything to New York City, no parking, up a flight of steps, all myself. Today is Monday. This company has still not contacted me, nothing. Everything I wrote is 100% the facts. I am not the kind of person who leaves bad reviews for anyone that does not deserve it. If they had contacted me just once, and told me whatever kind of story, anything at all, I would have understood. But, just staying silent and not contacting me at all, and not coming with no reason at all, that is wrong, and that is why I wrote this review.

Great guys they Removed some junk for me

Details: No large items to haul • Yard waste, construction debris or scrap metal • Enough to fill half of a pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs
