FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Future customers should know that my services are top of the line, and I am currently providing all of my customers with 25% off of my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical route I take towards working with a new customer is simple but necessary. First, I can either message or speak with them over the phone about their project for at least 30 minutes, mainly to find out if I can help this potential customer. Then I would proceed with deadlines; as soon as we establish deadlines, I will ensure that we don’t miss any.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers and have fulfilled their needs going above and beyond for all of my customers. However, it is important to note that all customers are different and so are their projects. I have experience with Bookkeeping (QuickBooks), Taxes, Logo Creations, Social Media Management, Business Accounting, Administrative Services, Grant Proposals, Project Proposals, College Applications, Essay, and Thesis writing, Resume and cover letter and cover letter letters, Business Startup, and much more.
