- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give an initial quote, but we can also talk about you needs and what the exact elements of the project are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to make a person to person connection with a client to see if our chemistry works. Then I make an assessment of the project's exact needs, timeline, and anticipated involvement of the client. I also ask for any materials I would need to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.A. Comparative Literature, Trinity College, Hartford, CT. As a writer, I have published 5 books, two of which won top awards in journalism, and have published hundreds of magazine and newspaper articles. I've even been a columnist at five magazines in a variety of topics (the arts, books, celebrity profiles, lifestyle, etc.). I've also had a career as a copywriter for high-profile brands such as SC Johnson, Benjamin Moore, General Electric and various health and wellness companies. I am a wiz at developing successful digital platforms for businesses. For each client I have created a unique voice and style that represents their products and brand. I also have a background editing both fiction and nonfiction for large New York publishing houses.
