Latest Review: I have known Andrew in many different aspects of his career. As coach of my son's lacrosse team, he displayed an unbelievable amount of enthusiasm and energy, with emphasis on fun and team building. All the players on the team were engaged and revered him.
He also conducted training sessions at my club's junior tennis camp. He put together a conditioning program that was tennis specific and FUN. The campers had a blast with it! Again, he brought an enormous amount of energy to the program. .
Andrew was also the personal trainer for my daughter, who was, at the time, a nationally competitive tennis player (who now competes at the collegiate level). His thorough knowledge and expertise was so helpful in pinpointing her physical weaknesses. She felt that his sessions increased her body strength and flexibility,and helped her become a stronger, better tennis player. As an added bonus, he also provided valuable nutritional information for her diet.
I recently have been going to Andrew for a weekly massage to help with lower back pain and tightness.. Again, his expertise in assessing the problem and honing in on those areas has really helped loosen my back.
I highly recommend Andrew for personal training and/or massage therapy. His passion for teaching and desire to promote general fitness, movement, strengthening and conditioning is infectious..
