I have NEVER not looked forward to going to "work". My job is very rewarding. I see people improve their lives everyday by accomplishing things they didn't think were possible.
Seeing children with learning disabilities, adults with physical limitations, all of these can be overcome with hard work and focus.

I have been in the martial arts most of my life and different schools and styles. Finger Lakes Martial Arts Center is by far my favorite place to train. Sifu martin is understanding,easy going,supportive,funny and really cares about his students. He wears many hats depending what a student needs.It really is a feeling of family. I cant imagine training anywhere else.

My kids are 6 year old twins and they love coming to kung fu every week. Sifu Jerry is patient with all the kids but also keeps them focused on the tasks at hand. It is structured to keep the kids interested by having fun with the moves they are learning. I recommend the Finger Lakes Martial Arts Center to anyone.

Jerry's martial arts classes are fun,challenging and professional. He motivates all ages to work their mind/bodies to their own personal best. Respect for each student is role-modeled. There is no one-upmanship bragging or anything like that among the students, in fact students are encouraged to help each other with skills. I would highly recommend Finger Lakes Martial Arts (and have) to friends and family.

Jerry is a very down to earth instructor who takes the time needed to determine the best way to help each individual. He is not afraid to ask questions and is very encouraging to the students to ask questions. He creates a family environment within the school and promotes this and unity above all else.

I really enjoy the Finger lakes Martial Arts Center. There is a nice blend of cardio and muscle building exercises coupled with a spiritual take on things. It's fun for all ages.
