- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to schedule a zoom call or regular phone call to touch base and get to know my customers and find out more about there wants. Once we speak and discuss the must haves, inspiration and vision. I create a price quote and send to the customer within 48 hours. I follow up within 2-3 days after sending the price quote to discuss any questions or concerns and to see if my services are wanted moving forward for the upcoming event. If services are wanted, I generate a contract and deposit invoice for at least half of the total cost and send to the customer (the balance is generally due at least 7 days prior to the event)
