Terrible contractor and overall experience. Mr. Blair failed to complete our tiny house project (even with a signed contract) and decided to quit half way, offering no refund or any form of negotiation or consideration as an honest person would have.
All that was done was the cabinetry and floors, in which the floors were done incorrectly with out underlayment and proper 1/8" spacing at the walls. The cabinets were also done before the rough-in plumbing which caused progress to be far more difficult, but he placed blame on us the customer instead of himself for poor planning and communication. We tried to be nothing but accommodating and friendly with Jeff but his last words to us were "see yous in court." ("yous" not a typo) Yes we are pursuing legal action, and advise everyone to stay away from Blair Construction. Trust me, you can and will do better than him.

Blair Construction removed an old roof from a well house and replaced it with a new roof and cover. I am satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. However, the communication between the supervisor and the customer was very poor.
