In my dealings with Megan Hayton, I found her to be professional, forthright, diligent and results-oriented. Professional, as in reviewing my speeding charges, advising me on how to respond to those charges, explaining the legal process and my options. Forthright, in terms of expectations of the most likely outcome, based on the jurisdiction of the speeding charge. Diligent in her communications and follow-up and pleasant in the manner of her verbal and written communications. Results-oriented, in achieving the stated (and desired) goal of a re-classification of the moving violation to a parking violation. The end result was: no lost points; no increase in insurance rates; a continued clean driving record. Big-time thanks to the Magnell Team. Got pulled over for failure to signal before changing lanes and changing lanes dangerously on the PIP. They total 5 pts. He got it reduced to 0 pts and $50 parking ticket. I don't know how it was possible. I'm just amazed. Found Mr. Magnell's website by chance. Kate, who kept me informed of logistics, was very helpful. I highly recommend Glenn Magnell. I hope no one gets tickets, but if you do, they are the people to see!!!12/13/13 - Mr. Magnell is the very best of his profession. This is my 3rd time retaining his services. Speaking to him over the phone about my problem, he was very understanding. He explained to me the processes and the all the different outcomes that may come. He saved me time and money because I didn't have to be present at the court. The outcome was even better than what I expected. He has a great team that includes Kate and Megan. The Law Offices of Glenn W Magnell were a great help to me, and I would highly recommend them. I had retained their services in April of 2014 when given an excessive amount of traffic tickets after I was involved in an accident.Not only were they able to provide great assistance through reducing the charges to a parking violation, they were able to deal with the bureaucracy of Albany County Medical Center and were able to get the hospital discharge papers that were never given to me. I never felt ignored, or given too little attention even though my case was simply a traffic violation. They were straight forward and reasonable in their goals, and I never felt I was being promised something in an attempt to receive more money (as I had with other firms I had talked to). It is due to their efforts I was able to stop worrying about receiving excessive point, large fines, or even a license suspension.

Outstanding!!!!!!!!!While visiting Hudson Valley New York last summer getting dinged doing 80 in a 65 was not the highlight of the trip. Being from Ontario which has a reciprocal agreement with the State of New York only made things worse.Found Glenn online along with a bunch of other Attorneys. I myself have been criminal defense attorney for almost 30 years and am a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and as such think I am a pretty good judge of my colleagues. Glen stood out from the rest by far. And after speaking with his wonderful assistant Kate hiring Glenn was an easy choice.Was thrilled to learn that they had this somewhat major ticket dropped to a park in a prohibited area non-moving violation. A job well done. Would recommend them in a New York minute. Though I hope I will never have to hire them again.

I was recently pulled over in Chester Town for "following too closely." Driver of Toyota Prius decided he could drive in the left lane under the legal State Speed Limit - typical Prius driver. I found Mr. Magnell's law office online, read reviews and contacted him immediately. He personally responded to my inquiry and made me feel safe and certain that I contacted the right law office, and that my case will be taken care of with a high level of professionalism. I was then introduced to his wonderful team who answered to all of my questions and concerns, and helped me to further proceed with my case. Long story short, I received a final call about my case from Mr. Magnell's law office within 3 months stating that my original 4-points ticket has been reduced to a non-moving violation incurring 0 points on my license. I'M TRULY THANKFUL FOR ALL THE HELP PROVIDED BY MR. MAGNELL AND HIS ENTIRE TEAM, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE LAW OFFICE OF GLENN W. MAGNELL.
