Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Recrafted is a veteran and woman owned business. It is local to the Buffalo area and provides high quality planning services for your special event. Coordinators care about your event and strive to make it unique and special for you. We pay attention to the details. We believe they are what makes your event stand out from any others. I love hearing the clients' plans for their parties and helping them to bring those dreams to life. I stay up to date on the latest trends and exciting ideas for local events. My favorite part about it all is seeing the excitement on the Guest(s) of Honor's face when they enjoy their party.

Erica was great! As a single mom, planning my son's first birthday, she really helped alleviate the anxiety of planning his party. She listened to everything I wanted and made it happen within my small budget. She was with me all day to help set up the party, make sure everyone was having fun and got their goodie bags, and she even helped tear down and clean up after the party was over. I would trust her with any party I want to throw in the future.

Erica is a machine!! She's only quits when clean up is done. From conception to execution, she's brilliant! Can't wait for her to plan my next event.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is customized based off of clients' needs and budget. I want my clients to have the party of their dreams but not pay a fortune for it.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have an initial consultation with new clients to get a feel of their style and taste. I meet with them at a location that is convenient for them. During this meeting it is important that I listen more than talk. This is the time for me to get to know my clients and what they are expecting of me and what they want for their party.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked as an Executive Assistant to a large non-profit organization for two years where I planned multiple community outreach and fundraising events. I have planned many social events such as birthdays, anniversaries, holiday parties, weddings, bachelor parties, etc. on the side.
