- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are aggressively competitive don't stop with the quote you automatically get back. We will work with you and your budget. We offer veterans, senior and first responder discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a relationship based organization. It is very important to us that we understand what you need to get accomplished, what your goals are and how we can help you get there. Often our clients go away with homework to fill in the blanks in their profile to insure we have a good fit and are in agreement of need before our work is scoped.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have top trained individuals in their respective disciplines. We are a team of accountants, enrolled agents and other financial professionals that work together with passion for our clients and doing always what is in their best interest.
