- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a client has a financial need, I do offer a discount based on a sliding scale. Please let me know if you have out-of-network coverage and are eligible for reimbursement. I will generate a receipt for each date of service for you to submit to your insurance company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet for your first session, it’s normal to feel a bit nervous or uncertain. We might start by discussing why you’ve decided to come to therapy and what you hope to achieve. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and safe, and to establish a good rapport with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from The Wurzweiler School of Social Work, where I trained to focus on therapeutic clinical strategies tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.
