Great experience from start to finish. They were able to fit me in quicker then anyone else, which was Amazing! They kept me informed/involved throughout the project, with any questions or concerns. They cleaned up after themselves everyday, which I greatly appreciated. I know the project ended up being more work then originally thought, so I truly appreciate all the hard-work! The siding and flashing work that I had hired them to do went well. All was done correctly and looks good. They were even able to handle restructuring some of the framing that was damaged due to a water leak. The reason for the low rating is that they made a mess of the electrical in the area that they were working. They failed to reconnect the exterior outlet correctly which lead to a power outage in that area of the house and they cut a wire that they thought was dead but I had actually just turned off at the box. They did come out to replace the wire but when they did instead of the 10/3 wire that was there they used a 12/2. I am going to have to replace this now as I can't run the heater that gets hard lined to it off a single pole. Overall they did a good job, but in the future they may want to be a bit more careful with their electrical work.
