What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have some standard pricing. Such as the FREE alarm package with a 3 year agreement. But we are not rigid in our packages we like to design what is best for the customer. Our camera packages are also customized to the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to review the project with the customer at the location. Go over their expectations and we explain what we will do and how we will do it. This way there are no surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience in the security field and 16 years of energy control background.
