FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not hire a contractor based solely on the lowest price. You get what you pay for. Job costs consist mainly of labor and materials. So if the price is low, that usually means the materials aren't the best and most likely neither is the labor. The contractor should state exactly what materials they're using in the contract. Then you should research the materials to make sure they're good quality materials. You should also be able to communicate with the workers working in your house. If they don't understand you, and vise versa, it's going to make for a difficult renovation. Also make sure that you feel comfortable with them being around you spouse, children and animals.
