FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is primarily based on material cost and the time it takes to complete a project. We honor seniors, military, firemen/women and law enforcement with a 5% discount on any work completed. We also offer a 10% discount to grounds maintenance customers who pay for their property’s maintenance for the season in advance. This works out well for our customers we habit had for several years and know our dedication and detailed work. This discount helps my customers as it’s less money they pay overall and it helps the business as it pays for early spring payroll and materials used during the seasons start up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out exactly what our new client wants and expects, budget and then we move forward as we would normally go through the irrigation system (if applicable) to make sure the coverage is correct, make an assessment of what the property needs or is lacking and then prioritize the matters at hand and execute the plan one matter at a time with great detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
