6. Joe Chong
"How do I even begin to describe how Joe changed my life? I remember our first session together, and how I was in a fragile, emotional state. I was weak, inside and out. I felt weak, like the world was happening to me, and I had no influence or control over my life. I had always gone to the gym, but without purpose.
I have been working with Joe for 4 years. I have since moved away from home, but Joe would always clear a spot in his schedule for me. Also, Joe inspired me with some workout routines I could take with me to hotel gyms, hotel rooms, and even to Hawaii. I am dedicated to my progress and I am now in control.
