- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We will match or beat any WRITTEN ESTIMATE from a Licensed and Insured Contractor. Our pricing is based on the size tv being mounted and what we are doing, ie. concealing wires inside the wall, adding an outlet behind the tv, supplying the materials such as mounts, in wall rated hdmi cables, etc.. What ever the BUDGET, we can work with the person to create a package that best works for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I ask questions so I can better understand their exact need. I will ask for a photo of wall to be mounted on. Once I have the information needed I can give them an exact fixed price. I hate up sells and overage charges. I like upfront pricing. I never leave a job until a customer is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Always. The construction industry is always changing and I keep up to date naturally with that. With regards to the Home Theater environment that is always changing as well, newer technology, newer capabilities, etc.. We pride ourselves in keeping up with the trends before they become trends.
