- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to find out what personal goals my client may have and why they want to achieve them. I also take starting measurements and weight and determine a baseline level of fitness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience with my own personal fitness struggle and I'm certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and also hold a certificate in many group exercise formats.
