Eric and his team were extremely diligent and focused. The quality of the work was professional as was their demeanor. While working they maintained a clean work area and always thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each work day. I had them renovate the bathroom and kitchen and the closet doors, paint the entire co-op and a variety of other tasks including fixing severe plumbing issues and wall repairs. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will certainly use again as well as refer them to others!

I can't rave more about P&E, we had just bought our house when of course disaster struck and we found out we had an awful radiator leak that all the inspectors had missed. Without P&E fixing our floors, radiators, and everything in extreme speed and beauty we would have never been able to move in on schedule.
