Introduction: Hi! My name is Rachel and I am a certified nutritionist and personal trainer. I got into nutrition after years of experimenting with different ways to maintain fitness while also incorporating nutrition into a lifestyle I feel is successful. At the end of the day I think some trainers, coaches and these “fad” diets don’t want you to learn about nutrition, so you continue to go to them for help, spending endless money. I work with teaching my clients positive behavior changes so you can continue to make progress even after working together.
Personal Training: I work with clients of all experience levels and consider it my mission to provide first-hand knowledge of exercise, form, nutrition, and performance techniques in order to help you achieve a positive change.
