- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For photography services, my prices range from $200. You can also find additional information on my website. I also teach photography classes. For photography lessons, I provide the following packages: 5 lesson package $200 ($40 per lesson) 10 lesson package - $350 ($5 savings per lesson) My photography lessons offer also comes with a free 30-minute trial session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation - During this stage, I discuss the customer's needs by phone or email depending on the customer's preference. Once that process has been complete, I prepare a proposal to meet the customer's needs. If after reviewing the written proposal the customer asks for adjustments, I make the necessary adjustments, and from there, we work on putting down a deposit or full payment (depending on the project) to officially secure a photo shoot date or event date. When all of this has been completed, the rest of the work involves planning out the event or portrait shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spend a lot of time studying new ways to photograph as well as new editing techniques. I'm subscribed to another of very good photographers that I learn from to keep delivering awesome pictures.
