Nelson called me back within minutes of putting in a thumbtack request, we set up a meeting for the same day, and he had my garage door working again in less than half an hour! In that short amount of time he replaced the broken and damaged cables, properly aligned the railings, replaced a broken pulley, and secured the bar connecting the motor to the wall(which was installed upside down by the previous homeowners). I'd recommend him to anyone having trouble with their garage door.
