I have flexible terms & programs. The management fee is typically a percentage of the gross rent. Maintenance/repairs can be a flat price or T & M.

Get to know the Owner's wants & needs and, become familiar with the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I take 22.5 hours of classes at least every three years.
