- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount (up to $500) to all active and retired military members. Thank you for your service. We offer a 5% discount (up to $250) to all law enforcement, fire, EMS, healthcare, and academic professionals. Thank you for all you do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ONce we have been contacted by a client through Thumbtack, we send an introductory message and follow-up with either a call or text message to schedule your initial consultation to discuss project details, availability, considerations, and budget range to provide the most accurate quote for the project 👍 We offer both in-person (paid) and virtual (FREE) estimates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Managing Director holds an MBA with concentrations in leadership, operational management, communications, and a 22 year apprenticeship under a Master Carpenter. Our Founder has classic training in functional design, organizational management, and 20 years' experience in corporate customer service. Our Lead Installer has 12 years' experience in construction safety, carpentry, site management, and leadership.
