"Let me start by saying I dabbled in an out of weight training and Fitness most of my life but never stuck with it. At 45 I felt it was time to make a change if I want to make the next 30 years as good as the last 30. Well it was a struggle, minimal progress, rookie injuries, pretty much repeating the last 20 years. At that point I figured it was time for a trainer, professional help. What I got was your typical jacked up guy, who thinks everyone should bench 400 pounds. It didn't last.
Then I started paying attention, I noticed the dedication and the results coming from Scott's clients. This is what I wanted.
Scott's approach it's different from others, you learn technique, nutrition, and how they entire body is connected. You cannot build a house on sand, you need a strong foundation. With Scott I found an education and understanding before I even started lifting.
Finally someone that was going to educate me rather than just show me how strong they are.
The work is hard, it's no walk in the park.
At times you will thank you can't do it, but trust me under his watch you can.
One of the biggest benefits I receive from training with Scott was a constant education on technique and proper form.
At last NO INJURIES.
No injuries means you can keep going, no need to drop out after a few months.
Now at 49 I am in better physical shape and better health (straight from the doctor's mouth) than I was at 25.
Twenty-something years trying to get in shape, and nothing.
Three months with Scott and I walk away with an understanding I'll have for a lifetime. Priceless!!!!!
I wish I met him at 25 although I can say he has certainly helped me turn back the hands of time.
So many peoples will spend money on big TVs ,shoes they'll never wear , fancy clothes Etc, but they never spend a dime taking care of themselves.
Without your health that stuff gets donated!!!
Do yourself a favor go see what you're capable of, and at the same time become the best you you can be!
Feel free to message me with any questions.
