- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once we agree on a price, except in the most unusual of circumstances, it will not change. So if you say it's a 3 hour event and it runs 4 hours, that's fine. If we agree on 200 prints and in fact you need 225, not a problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The thing I try to convey with clients is: you are the director, I am the cinematographer. In other words, let's discuss your vision for your project and I will capture it in pictures.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at their work and ask for references.
