- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing covers your whole event or session. The only time an extra fee occurs is if there is overtime involved. I believe my pricing gives you the best quality and value for the services I will render.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have some sort of exchange with a customer, whether that be via Thumbtack messaging, email, or by phone. It's better for both of us to have that conversation so we're on the same wavelength going into your shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of experience in media and 5 specfically in photography.
