Joseph was very prompt to respond and was able to accommodate us and set up an immediate appointment to fix our Canon copier. He clearly knows his machines, within 5 minutes of arriving, he knew the problem and also fixed another issue we were having that a previous repair person did not know how to address. We highly recommend him!

Joseph Jones was very courteous and after just a short period of less than an hour was able to get my printer working again with no more paper jams. He clearly explained the cause of the paper jamming. His price was reasonable and he changed his schedule at the last minute to meet my needs.
