- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First... Congratulations on your decision to hire moving professionals. It’s definitely the first-class way to go, and you can get the work done without breaking the bank, bribing old friends, or several days of bed rest. Secondly, we want to make certain that we know exactly what your needs are. To do this, we explore different aspects of your move to make sure we’re the most fitted out to meet those needs. If not, we'll work together to point you in the right direction. If we're the perfect fit for your next move? Then, we'll talk briefly about what your move day could look like, and what you can expect from us.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We tell our customers that moving with us might, easily, be the best moving experience they've ever had. The truth is, except for testimonies, we'd walk into your home, put in the hard work, and leave there without a true sense of how deep an impact we've made on your life. There was more to Eric's testimony, but, what I enjoyed most about working with his family (there were quite a few highlights), was how much they seemed to care about the process of moving, and the respect they showed for the work we do every day. Well... We were there for about 4 hours, on a VERY hot Saturday afternoon, with some pretty tough terrain, but...this was, easily, one of the best moving experiences WE'VE ever had!
