- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask general questions via phone or email prior to our first session. We will schedule a time that is convenient for both of us for a first session at your home. I will sit down with you at the beginning of the lesson to fill out a questionnaire and get to know more about your goals and interests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200 hour yoga certification, reiki certification, chair yoga certification, bachelors degree.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been practicing yoga for over ten years and have always been interested in holistic studies, even as a child.
