- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm never the cheapest. I'm licensed and insured and my work is of the highest quality and I expect to be compensated for my time and the time of my employees... Use me once, and you will not use anyone else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with a new customer just like an old one. Treat everyone with respect and maintain a professional, courteous, and positive attitude. Be honest and explain everything in the easiest way for the customer to relate. I'm not trying to do a job for you, I want to do every job for you, and if I don't know how to do it, I will tell you, and I will know someone who does... And pictures are always available upon request
