We offer free estimates. We have many references. Rates for labor and cleaning is $12 - $17/hr (any moving of items goes by moving rates), depending on job, and we offer discounts for senior, student, active duty/or family of active duty,and veteran. Like the name says anything "under the sun", see what we can do for you. cleaning- student apartments, porches, attics, basements, garages, storage units, lawn and garden (w/ your equipment), painting, sealing, moderate home repairs, and the list goes on and on.
